Your security PIN is 4 to 8 digit number that can be used to identify you when chatting with our support staff or filling some forms on our site. This means that you should choose a PIN that is known only to you and should only be revealed to only persons you trust with your account.
To set your security PIN, follow the steps below:
- login to your clientarea with the correct login details.
- On the left-hand side of your dashboard, there is a section titled Your Info. Click the Update button
- On the new page that loads, scroll down and enter your security PIN in the textbox provided for the Security Pin.
- Once done, click the Save Changes button.
