Yes, you can build an e-commerce store going with the starter pack and pro pack. However, you cannot build an e-commerce store with the Lite Pack. You cannot use the e-commerce section that comes with the SiteBuilder directly. You will need to connect an app to the SiteBuilder. Please follow the steps in this link
