If you have been assigned additional IP addresses for your Windows VPS, they will need to be setup manually. To do this, follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Start -> Control Panel -> Network and Sharing Center
2. Then find LAN -> View Status -> Properties -> IPv4 -> Properties -> Advanced -> Add
